The fresh sip states the young personality with a solid nerve. Served at 6/8 c it is an elegant aperitif; at few more degrees, give us the chance to get its balance in accompanying main courses fish or grilled fish.

FEATURES

The yellow pale colour shines anticipating the complexity of scentes. The note of white peach, the fresh herbaceous notes, and the “sea” feature of the site ends with a sensual brackish note. The deep sip reveals the young character with a solid and strong nerve.

CULINARY ART

Served cold (8/10) it is an elegant aperitif which well combines with our sea fried fish and the delicious breaded and fried vegetables which will stimulate the palate.
